Before you can log into the Debitrak cashless card portal, you must change your Active Directory Account password.

If you have just joined the College, you will have received an email (with the subject line ‘Media Room PC Log In’), explaining how to change your Goodenough password.

Simply visit one of the Media Rooms in either London House or William Goodenough House, enter your G number (username) and temporary password. Choose a new password, which has at least six characters and contain a mixture of uppercase and lowercase characters and numbers using your username (G number as printed on your Goodcard), and your password.

If you have forgotten your password, please email ithelpdesk@goodenough.ac.uk, stating your name, room number and G number. Please mark your email ‘Debitrak Card Payment Portal’
